Introducing the Caribbean taste of the Colombian coast, Cartagena, brings a culinary experience where each dish tells a story of sun-soaked days and balmy nights in the tropics. Unveiled in October 2024, Michelin Star Chef Juan Manuel Barrientos’ new restaurant celebrates the joy, flavor, and culture of the colorful streets of Cartagena De Indias.

Featuring the dynamic pairing of master sushi Chef Katsuya Uechi and design impresario Philippe Starck, Katsuya is a feast for the senses.
