Capture This - Live in Concert
with Special Guests: Public Figure, Bury Mia
Capture This is the driving force in nostalgic 2000’s pop-punk. Their lyrics capture the highs and lows of youth, rebellion and the pursuit of self-discovery.
The breakthrough for Capture This came with the release of their song, Halothane Dreams where they won KTCL Channel 93.3’s Hometown for the Holidays 2024 competition. This honor claims Capture This as the top, new alternative band in Colorado.
Their high-energy performances have captured the attention of notable artists, landing them shows with the Plain White T’s, Andy Grammer, A Day To Remember, The Maine, Jimmy Eat World, The Spill Canvas and Knox. Capture This has also graced the stages of major music festivals including Taste of Fort Collins, Underground Music Showcase and Aurora Borealis Festival.
The band is also undoubtedly a strong advocate for women empowerment in the music scene. Summer of 2023, they organized Female Fronted Fest in Colorado. The event showcased female creatives, entrepreneurs and organizations. The collaborations fostered a sense of community support and unwavering success.
Since their formation, Capture This has been tearing up stages and carving out their own space in the heart of pop-rock revival. They continue to ever-expand their music and fan base of punk enthusiasts.

The Black Buzzard at Oskar Blues Denver is a music venue born out of a drink and a conversation about the old Denver music scene. Created by Kellner Schoenke at their Longmont restaurant, The Black Buzzard drink fused bacon-infused bourbon and ten fidy imperial stout. Chef and Oskar Blues fooderies partner, Jason Rogers, shared a sip with Kellner, and they realized they had both frequented the same closed blues bar on 16th and Market Street, Brendan's. Years later, Brendan's became available, and it seemed like the perfect time to put some music back into the heart of LoDo. They named the venue after the drink that started it all. Today, located blocks away from Coors Field and Union Station, The Black Buzzard at Oskar Blues Denver hosts buzz-worthy musicians of all genres from Denver and beyond.
