The influence of legendary Japanese producer Nujabes is beyond measure. He inspired countless beatmakers and producers with his unique blend of Jazz and Hip-Hop. Besides creating music, he also released other artists on his label Hydeout Productions, such as Uyama Hiroto, Substantial, Shing02, and Funky DL. Nujabes has worked on the soundtrack of the critically acclaimed anime Samurai Champloo, which introduced his music to many new fans. Sadly, he left the planet prematurely in 2010 as the result of a fatal car crash. During 'Music Is Ours' we will celebrate Nujabes' musical legacy.
