Join us for our annual No Limits Music Festival, Friday, February 7th 2024 at Chop Shop from 6:00 PM - 11:00PM, an exciting evening of music, art, and community, presented by the OTR Junior Board. This annual event supports OTR Housing, an Illinois non-profit organization, dedicated to providing independent living solutions for individuals with physical disabilities. This year’s festival will feature incredible live performances by local bands, a vibrant art show with pieces available for purchase, a 50/50 raffle, and a silent auction. Plus, enjoy delicious food included with your ticket purchase! OTR Housing owns and operates 13 apartment communities across northern Illinois, currently serving over 350 adults with physical disabilities. As an organization committed to providing affordable, accessible housing, we are expanding with 2 additional communities under construction. Many of our residents live on very low incomes and previously had no access to affordable, accessible housing. The funds raised from this event will go toward a vital project: providing automatic door openers for our residents' apartments. Each opener costs $3,000, and our goal is to raise $30,000—enough to provide 10 automatic door openers, helping to improve accessibility and independence for our residents.
