Description
Samantha June
Samantha June is an alternative pop singer-songwriter whose music seamlessly blends the smoky allure of jazz with the raw storytelling of folk. Her sound is a captivating mix of nostalgia and modernity, drawing comparisons to artists like Lana Del Rey while offering a warmth and authenticity all her own.
With reflective lyrics and jazzy undertones, Samantha’s music creates an intimate yet cinematic experience—a space where vulnerability and romance thrive against a backdrop of retro elegance. Her self-proclaimed genre, “coquette nostalgia,” captures this delicate intersection.
Applauded for her compelling lyrical play, Samantha June’s most coveted project, “Hotel June”, immerses listeners in a world of fragile connections and fleeting moments, where the fear of losing those closest to us becomes a quiet, constant undercurrent. Hotel June envelops you in its intimate, cinematic moments- you don’t want to forget- but know you must.
Samantha’s latest single, Melt, is an ode to embracing vulnerability and connection, wrapped in a seductive, empowering melody. At her core, this is who Samantha June aims to be and the message she wishes to convey - a little vulnerable, a little desperate, and a lot unapologetic.
Juliet Ayres
Juliet Ayres is an upcoming Los Angeles based artist whose tracks lean from melancholic pop ballads to indie folk anthems. Born and raised in Dallas, Texas, Juliet also draws inspiration from the storytelling nature of country music. Her lyrics are described as “intimate and vulnerable” (Couch Mag) and melodies described as an “undeniable catchy groove” (Illustrate Magazine). Evolving as a young adult, Juliet draws inspiration from life lessons, relationships, and mistakes in a brutally honest manner. Juliet performs around USC, as well as indie venues in Los Angeles and Dallas such as El Cid and Tirebiter Brewery. She has three songs out on streaming platforms, and an upcoming EP in 2025.
Lou Lou Safran
She’s back for more and ready to rumble! Two time Troubadour veteran, Lou Lou Safran is fresh off the set of Girl on a Motorcycle, reprising an iconic role originally inhabited by Marianne Faithful, combining her love of music and film. The 19 year old Polish-American LA native has been songwriting her way through the growing pains of teenage life and finding inspiration in the sounds of the greats who came before her, many of whom also began their careers at the Troubadoour: Springsteen, Fiona Apple, Buffalo Springfield and Lenny Bruce to name just a few. She writes, produces and plays her own songs, having recently blown the roof off of Rock The Night ‘24 with her band, and is set to release her debut album How to Hang out With Friends Like Nothing’s Wrong in the early spring. The first 8 singles off the album are streaming worldwide, with the two latest releases making a big splash on international radio waves. She might be new, but she’s here to stay, and she wants to break through all your windows and ram through all your doors.
Amanda Rosen
Amanda Rosen is a singer songwriter born in Los Angeles, California. She picked up a microphone at age 3 and never put it down. In her 25 years she has been a part of a multitude of music performances and groups. Her biggest musical influences are Stevie Wonder and Kelly Clarkson. Amanda is so excited to be performing at The Troubadour for the second time. She will be releasing her first original album sometime in 2025. Stay tuned
Vince Palmeri
Born in Upstate, NY where he first started his career, and now relocated to Los Angeles, Vince Palmeri is an up and coming force in the LA music scene. Inspired by the bold, and hook-saturated sounds of Max Martin era pop, he makes emotionally charged, hi-octane music.
He has been releasing music independently since 2019, and has put out over 50 songs, including 4 EPs, and his latest 80s rock inspired album, "LOVER BOY", in October of 2024.
He's been performing live since the age of 13, and has most recently played iconic venues on both the East and West Coast such as The Bowery Electric (NYC), and The Viper Room, Madame Siam, Kiss Kiss Bang Bang, Hotel Ziggy and Bar Lubitsch (Los Angeles).
Vince has no plans of slowing down anytime soon, and is set to drop new music all 2025.
