**Josie James and Lilly Hart with special guest Milkweed live at Eddie's Attic!** Lilly Hart is an 21 year old artist from Lilburn, GA. Her music career started in Birmingham when she attended BSC and met Scott Register at Birmingham Mountain Radio. During her time in Birmingham she played countless shows including opening up for St. Paul and the Broken Bones at the Lyric Theatre. She is currently in her senior year at MTSU, majoring in Commercial Songwriting. In the last year, she has immersed herself in the Nashville music scene. After her EP and second single with Mick Music, “Summertime Feels,” was released in the summer of 2023, she focused on performing. In the first months of 2024, she played many songwriters rounds including New Faces Nite at the Basement and Song Suffragettes at the Listening Room Cafe. In April of 2024, she parted ways with Mick Music and was a finalist in the GrammyU songwriting competition. On July 26th, her most recent single titled, “At Our Favorite Restaurant” was released. Lilly plans on releasing a string of singles leading up to an EP in the new year. Josie James is a 19 year old songwriter and multi-instrumentalist from Atlanta, Georgia. Growing up, Josie James couldn’t help but be surrounded by music. Coming from a rich musical background, she started violin lessons with her mother at the age of 2. Josie is now a resident of Nashville, TN attending MTSU’s Commercial Songwriting program. Being a multi-instrumentalist, Josie spends her spare time recording for herself, as well as other artists for whatever they see fit. Josie started releasing singles in July 2024 for her various upcoming projects and has inserted herself in the Nashville live music scene playing solo shows, and with her band.
