VIP Seating has a full lounge style seating next to the stage or centered on the stage for best viewing. General Admission also has comfortable lounge seating or bar stools but is further away from the screen. 2. How do I cancel my order? We understand that emergencies happen, and we want to help. Reservations can be canceled up to 8hrs before the event. After that, ticket sales are final and will be denied any refund requests. 3. What type of food and drink is available? The Cinegrill Theater has a full bar with a wide selection of specialty cocktails to choose from and a small bites menu . 4. Can I come earlier to get a better seat? Doors open 45mins before the show starts. However, seats are assigned by the ticket type you purchased through Eventbrite. 5. Is Parking Available, and where do I go? The hotel has Valet Parking available at $18 for three hours with validation from the Bar.
