ID is required for wristband pickup for each guest and re-entry to all venues. All hotel packages must be of age to receive a Home Bass wristband. •  Room Packages include a three (3) night stay - Check-in: Friday, November 7th; Check-out: Monday, November 10th. - You may check-in as early as 4pm on Friday • If you purchase an Early Arrival add-on your Check-in will be either Wednesday November 5th or Thursday, November 6th. • If you purchase late departure your Check-out will be Tuesday, November 11th at 11am. • Pool programming runs Thursday TBD, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 11am-5pm. • Late Night programming runs Thursday 11pm-5am, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 11pm-6am. •  Home Bass shuttles are include in room packages, GA/VIP Weekend Passes, and with shuttle passes to and from Camping World Stadium/Tinker Field. •  Hotel Package holders will receive an email prior to arrival with all hotel and check-in details. Final balance due October 1st 2025 PAYMENT PLAN INFO: •  Payment Plans are available for all orders over $300 while supplies last •  There is a $14.99 fee for the payment plan - this will be added to your order at checkout. •  You may pay in full if you do not want to use the payment plan. •  You must select the payment plan during the checkout process. If you miss this, you''l be charged in full. There will be no account adjustments. •  Exact payment accounts may vary by a few cents due to rounding, but the total due will not exceed order total. •  Automated payments may take up to 72 hours to process. •  No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges at time of purchase. Missed Payments: •  If your payment is declined, you will have a 10-day grace period to pay. •  If payment is not received by the 10th day, after the intial charge is run, your order may be cancelled at any time. •  Defaulting on payments will result in cancellation of your order and a $50 restocking fee. No exceptions. It is your responsibility to manage your payment plan and to check your credit card and bank statements for charges. Please note the following: You will pick up your tickets at the hotel upon check-in. Fees are applied. •  When you arrive at the hotel, you will need a credit or debit card to cover a $50 a night incidental hold up to 7 nights (this does not need to be the same card used to purchase your package). • There will be a facility fee for $20 a night charged to the main card on file within drawn from your incidental fee in the end. • Parking Fees are as follows: - Overnight Self Parking is $25 a night - Overnight Valet Parking is $55 a night - Single day Event Parking is $25 during the day and $55 at night Parking is minimal. Please carpool or Uber to the resort if possible. Will there be on-site music & event programming? Yes! Expect daily pool parties and additional programming with DJs, drinks, and all the good vibes throughout the weekend. Will there be Beats & Brunch? Absolutely. Beats & Brunch will be hosted in the on-site restaurant each day, combining live music with great food and drinks for the perfect daytime hangout. Anything different with the shuttles? No major changes this year. Shuttle operations have already been planned and tested — everything will remain the same as previous events for your convenience. Will there be single-day tickets? No, single-day or night tickets will not be available this year. Any single-day tickets that were purchased before the update will still be honored. To attend, use the shuttles, or enjoy the entertainment, you must have a Weekend Party & Shuttle Pass. What is the updated refund policy? What if I don’t want to move to the new resort? If you’d prefer not to move to the new resort, simply follow the directions on the refund form and you’ll receive a full refund for your package. Refund requests must be completed by October 23, 2025. Will there be an incidentals or resort fee? Yes. There will be a $200 refundable incidental hold plus a $29.95 per-night resort fee. There is no parking fee for guests. Will any additional rooms become available? As room packages open up, we will release updates via socials on openings.
