Born from an unrenovated apartment building in Friedrichshain, across the river from Treptower Park, Renate has three main dance floors and many smaller rooms to explore. Every shade and subgenre of electronic music has its place here, from fast, groovy techno to uplifting house music, from chugging EBM to frenetic breakbeat stompers. The non-smoking regulations apply in the club. Smoking is only permitted in the garden.
