About Miss Kittin
Caroline Hervé, aka Miss Kittin, is a pioneering DJ and electronic music icon from Grenoble. Rising to prominence with long-time collaborator The Hacker, tracks like "Frank Sinatra" and "1982" launched her into the global spotlight. She's since worked with artists like Felix Da Housecat, Golden Boy, Sven Väth, and Steve Bug, cementing her status as a leading figure in the scene.
Miss Kittin's debut solo album, I Com (2004), showcased her eclectic style, blending Chicago house, punk, dub, and electronic pop. Known for her deadpan vocals over techno beats, she evolved into a versatile artist, experimenting with singing, rapping, and crooning with a playful, witty approach.
While she’s released multiple albums, her true passion remains DJing. Since 1994, she’s captivated audiences with her genre-defying sets, moving seamlessly from acid techno to electro and experimental beats. Her unique ability to blend tracks and create unforgettable atmospheres has made her a beloved club figure.
Based in Paris since 2007, Miss Kittin’s output includes her second solo album Batbox (2008) and collaborations with The Hacker on Two (2009). After a decade of global tours, she released the All You Need EP in 2011, further solidifying her place in the dance music world. With a career marked by iconic moments and a tireless passion for the dancefloor, Miss Kittin continues to inspire and energize the electronic music scene.
