7:30 - DAVID NOLF
Hailing from Buffalo, David Nolf blends heartfelt storytelling with a sound that draws on influences from rock, pop, and country music. His lyrics explore themes of longing, resilience, and finding a sense of home wherever you are, creating a connection with listeners of all backgrounds.
Over the years, David has honed his craft and developed a unique sound that has taken him to countless venues across the country, from small local bars to major music festivals. Along the way, he’s shared the stage with some of the biggest names in the industry, including 3 Doors Down, USS, Huey Lewis, Pat Benatar, Marianas Trench, America, and more.
In 2018, David made the move to Los Angeles to pursue his ultimate creativity and passion in music. Since then, he has collaborated with producer Bradley Denniston of Radium Media in Hollywood, California, on several singles. These include the passionate love song "Lights Down Low," the heartbreak anthem "Heartless," and the catchy, upbeat "Feels Like Summer." His recent release, “Heart Stays Home,” showcases his country roots with a vocally charming and down-to-earth record that’s won over fans both old and new.
David’s newest release, "So... I Won't Give Up," is a deeply personal song about grappling with the feeling of not deserving the breaks you’ve gotten and the temptation to give up—yet choosing to honor a second chance instead of letting it slip away.
Performing at the iconic Troubadour marks a milestone in David’s journey, fulfilling a lifelong dream to share his music on a stage that has hosted countless legends. For David, this performance is not just a concert—it’s a celebration of perseverance and passion.
8:20 - FRANTIC ROMANTIC
The year is 2012. One singer (Mr. Kerosene) dressed like a pimp, one guitarist (Rube Walker) dressed like a mob boss. Two separate bands on the same bill. Flash forward to 2025 and these two have joined forces in LA, along with Ruben's childhood friend and longtime collaborator Ziek Zero, and southern California's most charming Brazilian bassist, Marcelo the Fellow. With their heart-piercing anthems, and their over the top live shows, Frantic Romantic cares about one thing: You. It's about giving you the time of your life.
9:10 - POSTCARDS FOR SYMPATHY
These Los Angeles County natives spike guitar fueled hooks into melancholic upbeat nostalgia, alongside scintillating piano and synth work that illuminate its melodious songs into sing-along anthems.
Led by frontman Jeremiah Carbajal, who has a natural gift for writing sparkling hooks and dazzling melodies with long lasting impressions, is backed by the talents of the band’s co-captain (guitar/drummer) Drew Lennon Pasillas, (keys/bass) Jason Kuse, and (guitar) Richard Sanchez, who ignite Postcards For Sympathy’s pop-rock sound with danceable hand-clapping optimism that is filled with energy and engagement.
10:15 - THE FUTURE MACHINE
“THE FUTURE MACHINE is a dynamic modern rock/metal band hailing from Los Angeles, founded by multi-talented musician Fredrick Ghanbari. As the band’s visionary, Fredrick serves as the primary songwriter, lead vocalist, and lead guitarist, blending raw emotion with powerful riffs and anthemic melodies. His creative vision drives the band’s unique sound, which merges modern rock intensity with the hard-hitting edge of metal. Known for their electrifying performances and thought-provoking lyrics, The Future Machine is steadily carving out a name in the music scene, pushing boundaries and redefining the rock/metal genre.
The new songs such as “Fragments” and “Dream Catcher” take the band to a new direction and showcases Fredrick’s ability to collaborate, co-writing with Mike Semesky ( former singer for The HAARP machine, Intervals & Raunchy) one of the most creative and respected vocalists in the modern metal scene. Together, they create tracks that blend intricate musicianship with captivating vocals, further cementing The Future Machine’s reputation for innovation in rock and metal. It’s a journey of creativity and growth, driven by a commitment to break new ground and redefine the possibilities of modern rock and metal.”
11:05 - AVATARI
From a young age he was inspired by legendary frontmen like Elvis, Jagger, Prince, and Bowie, as well as modern artists like Imagine Dragons and Yungblud.
With an electrifying stage presence and a magnetic personality, AVATARI's live performances are a cathartic odyssey of music, storytelling, and honest emotion that leaves audiences exhilarated and transformed.
His debut single, "Legacy," caught the attention of Rolls-Royce who licensed it for their Ghost ad campaign. And in ‘23 AVATARI received critical acclaim for his intensely revealing single "High Like This" - Melody Maker Magazine called him a “rising star” in the indie rock scene.
His most recent release “Fighter” is quickly winning over audiences with its raw power and identifiable story - it’s about his childhood experience of getting bullied on the playground and how it led to his journey of “self-mastery through martial arts.”
Like his logo - a phoenix rising from the ashes - AVATARI’s mission is bold. It is also pure and simple. He’s ferociously confronting his innermost fears to become his highest self and thereby inviting us to do the same “even if we’re just rocking out for a fucking hour.”
AVATARI’s challenge to you - let go of your mind; tear away your inhibitions; and join him on a journey of self-discovery and transformation, where the only roadmap is the one you create for yourself.
