Dundrum: High-energy performances and roaring electric guitars have made this Washington DC band stand out, including in past performances at Songbyrd. Baltimore Avenue: This hardcore band has recently been attracting attention, and they’ve never performed at a DC venue until know. The University Of Maryland’s best mosh-pit causers won the recent DMV college Battle of the Bands. Dino Expedition: The Brooklyn-based alt-folk project of Tahlia Amanson and co. are gearing up to release their debut album in November, and they’ve never performed in Washington DC until now.
