Description
Echoes of Solidarity: A Benefit Concert for Palestine and Lebanon (Kull) in Arabic means each one, everyone, each, and every. Kullective embraces this meaning of "لّ كُ "by providing aid through art and community fundraising.
Echoes of Solidarity: A Benefit Concert for Palestine and Lebanon will take place on December 5th at Xanadu in Brooklyn, New York dedicated to supporting Palestinian and Lebanese relief efforts. Join us for a night of solidarity and remembrance with performances by Lina Makoul, Nick Hakim, Felukah and more. 100% of proceeds will be shared between our partners, Heal Palestine and the Lebanese Red Cross to help those affected by the ongoing genocide. We must remain united in our commitment to collective liberation. As we enter a new year, may our voices, actions, and compassion create meaningful change. Together, we can be the light that pierces the darkness.
Join us for a night of solidarity and remembrance inspired by Hala Alyan’s profound words:
“A year of slaughter. A year of bombing orphanages and schools and hospitals. A year of children begging for their mothers, their siblings, their lives. A year of marching. A year of bad apples. A year of war criminals lecturing on victimhood, of bombed evacuation routes, shredded babies, mass graves. A year of waiting for the powerful to tell us how many dead Arabs is enough dead Arabs. We are still waiting. We are still waiting. There is nothing noble about any of this, nothing magical or just about the steadfastness of those on the ground.”
