Steppin’ Into Tomorrow is back for their final Doka Studio night of the year! First up, the upcoming Abiba, who started her adventure on the dance floor and now also shines behind the decks. This year she debuted at the infamous Summer Dance Forever festival at Paradiso and played a set that excited the Steppin' community. Her style is a vibrant blend of broken beat, house, acid jazz, hip-hop, and touches of garage and dub, creating a dynamic and expressive dancefloor experience. The special guest for this night will be Ruby Savage, originally from Amsterdam but relocated to London in 2007. After having worked for seminal labels such as Theo Parrish' 'Sound Signature' and Gilles Peterson's 'Brownswood', she translated those experiences into the booth and her own DJ sets. From dozens of inspiring radio shows at Worldwide FM and NTS Radio, to uplifting all the best venues in London, Ruby has always been delivering eclectic sets that move you in many ways and we're looking forward to welcoming her back to her hometown. Closing the night is Steppin's own Razzmic, a multi-layered artist who has a love for everything music, the people around it and the stories behind it. From the original 'Funky Drummer' break to early jungle, from Motown to Jersey club - Razzmic plays and weaves anything spirited, impactful, mind-tingling, soul-shifting and unifying.
