Description
Jackson Nance is a 23-year-old singer-songwriter-musician originally from Laurel, Mississippi, and currently based in Nashville, Tennessee. Jackson has been refining his music style and performance since he was 10 years old. He was the youngest male artist to ever sign a publishing deal with Warner Chappell Music in 2015. Nance has spent the past 7 years on music row perfecting his songwriting abilities under the wings of some of Nashville’s greatest songwriters including Devin Dawson, Jimmie Allen, Danny Orton, Steve Mcewan, Fred Wilhelm, and Mark Bright among many others. He has opened for and shared stages with Billy Ray Cyrus, Ricky Staggs, Jeffrey Steele, Little Texas, Delbert McClinton, Moe Bandy, Jamey Johnson and more.

Heath Warren’s most notable credits include “Rock and A Hard Place” by Bailey Zimmerman and “Something You Ain’t Ever Had” by country duo Waterloo Revival.
“Rock and A Hard Place” debuted at No. 2 on Billboard’s Hot Country Songs chart and was the second highest debut on the chart for all of 2022. The hit reached No. 16 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart and is continuing to climb the charts, currently sitting at No. 4 on Billboard’s Country Airplay chart.
The Albuquerque native has a passion for music and a knack for storytelling, writing and producing within multiple genres. He was named one of BMI’s Buzz Writers To Watch, and has also earned cuts with After Midown, Belles, Colbie Caillat, David J, Eric Van Houten, Josh Ross, Willie Morrison and more.
