Description
Purveyor of the deepest house and techno, **Fred P**, leads The Sound Room tonight alongside vinyl maestro **Shawn Dub**. Born in New York and now based in Berlin, Fred P has spent decades producing and selecting for cathartic dancefloors across the globe, holding a residency at London's Oval Space and Pickle Factory in 2017. As freeing as they are contemplative, his sets create space for intentionality, deep-thinking, collaborating, like-minded consciousness, and optimistic futurism.
**Ella Hussle**'s lifelong to committment to music has opened doors for collaborations with YouTube, Paper Mag, Verizon, Footaction, NTS and Hypebae on an array of projects from happy hours and mixtape curation to commercials and community sessions. Her West Coast energy combines R&B, house, and funk with a harmonious balance of electronic, alternative rock, and garage. New York crate-digger **Kels** joins her.
UPSTAIRS, Cultural Strategist and co-founder of the UK's Vandelay Radio **Dare Baldogun** spins Highlife, Makossa, Soukous and other genres of African dance music. He holds a monthly show on Balamii and has features on platforms like My Analog Journal, Rinse, The Lot Radio, and NTS.
