WHAT IS NIGHTS OF THE JACK?
Nights Of The Jack is an immersive Halloween experience for all ages. Vast grounds of intricately hand-carved and illuminated jack o’lanterns will welcome visitors as they make their way through the walking trail around King Gillette Ranch in Calabasas, CA. Angelenos will have the opportunity to immerse themselves in a Halloween wonderland featuring a live pumpkin carver, gift shop, top LA food trucks, our "The Spookeasy Bar" and tons of other
“Instagrammable” moments for all to enjoy! Come experience what everyone is talking about!
WHEN IS NIGHTS OF THE JACK?
Nights of the Jack takes place from September 27th – November 2nd on select days. CLOSED DAYS: September 30th, October 1st, 2nd, 14th, 28th. Please check the calendar. We open at 6:00pm and close at 10:00 pm. We have designated time slots starting at 6:30pm and ending at 9:00 pm. Advanced ticket purchase is required for each individual.
HOW LONG DOES THE EXPERIENCE TAKE TO SEE?
The trail itself is a 1 mile long walking trail and it is self-guided. Visitors are welcome to experience the attractions at their own pace. Most guests spend 1-1.5 hours on the grounds between our pre-show activation zone and our walking trail. Enjoy a variety of food and beverages, watch nightly live carving, capture those instagramable moments, Join in the fun with interactive experiences or visit “The Spookeasy" Bar for a seasonal cocktail to take with you on the trail!

IS NIGHTS OF THE JACK SCARY?
Our trail experience is NOT scary but can be a little spooky in a few places.
DOES NIGHTS OF THE JACK HAVE FOOD AND BEVERAGES?
Food and beverages will be available for purchase on site from a rotation of LA’s top food trucks and vendors. We will be serving hot and cold seasonal beverages. There will also be seasonal alcoholic drinks for purchase for those 21+ years of age at one of our “Spookeasy” Bars.
DOES NIGHTS OF THE JACK HAVE RESTROOMS?
Yes, there are bathrooms located in multiple areas within the grounds. We have bathrooms in our parking lot, our pre-show and at our Mid Trail area.
IS THERE PARKING AT NIGHTS OF THE JACK
Yes, there is parking which must be purchased in advance through our website where Admission Tickets are purchased. Parking is $9.99 per vehicle, which you must add on when you purchase your admission ticket.
IS THE EVENT FOR ALL AGES?
ALL ages are welcome to attend our event and there is truly something to enjoy whether you are old or young.
WHAT IS THE REFUND POLICY?
ALL TICKETS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
HOW CAN I CONTACT THE ORGANIZER WITH ANY QUESTIONS?
IS THERE SECURITY AT NIGHTS OF THE JACK?
Attendees will pass through a security check-point prior to entering our activation zone. Please downsize any purses or bags you are bringing with you. All bags will be searched.
IS NIGHTS OF THE JACK ADA ACCESSIBLE?
Yes. The main trail of jack o’lanterns is situated on asphalt and fully accessible. Please be mindful that our pre-show area and parking areas are situated on a compacted dirt and gravel lot and do contain some uneven surfaces.
CAN I BRING MY DOG TO NIGHTS OF THE JACK?
Generally, there are no pets permitted on the grounds of King Gillette Ranch, only service animals.
CAN I TAKE PICTURES?

IS SMOKING PERMITTED ON THE GROUNDS?
Smoking of any kind is not permitted anywhere on the grounds.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE IS SEVERE WEATHER?
The event will operate in rain or sunshine. We will only close the event if the grounds are deemed unsafe due to severe weather conditions or damage to our infrastructure. Tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE, but in an emergency closure scenario, we will make every effort to exchange your tickets for another available date.
WHAT CAN I BRING INTO THE EVENT?
Small purses, strollers, & small wagons.
NOT ALLOWED: Large backpacks, professional recording devices, digital equipment, flashlights, weapons or sharp objects of any kind, mace, spray bottles, promotional items, outside food or beverages.
WHAT ARE MY TRANSPORTATION/PARKING OPTIONS FOR GETTING TO AND FROM THE EVENT?
Self-parking is available on site for purchase through the TIXR site after selecting your tickets and prior to check out. You will need a parking pass to park on-site. Parking is $9.99.
