The Grammy award-winning house legend, known as "The S-Man" aka Roger Sanchez, is making a triumphant return to the city that never sleeps on December 7th! Joining him is special guest and elrow resident Bastian Bux! Starting from humble roots in NYC and extending to multi-year residencies in Ibiza, Roger has forged a path as both a self-made man and a dance music luminary. His journey began in the late 80s in Corona, Queens, where he immersed himself in the burgeoning hip-hop scene of New York City. Attending parties along the Bronx River and other jams as a break-dancer and graffiti artist, Sanchez was introduced to DJ'ing by friends. In this organic environment, his creativity behind the decks blossomed, evolving from a few singles into a vast catalogue of over two thousand original productions and remixes. However, not all of these tracks were released under his own name. Roger has explored various aliases, including S-Man, Roger S., The Nu-Solution, Underground Solution, DV8, Ego Trip, El Mariachi, The Funkjunkeez, Tribal Infusion, Twilight, and Transatlantic Soul, among others. Each pseudonym allowed him to explore different musical directions while maintaining his unique style. Every seasoned DJ knows the importance of hard work, both in honing skills and discovering rare gems.
