Originally from Seattle, WA, Pecknold is a two-time GRAMMY nominee, for Best Folk Album and Best Alternative Music Album, and author of the recently published lyric book Wading in Waist-High Water: The Lyrics of Fleet Foxes (Tin House and Faber).
