Luigi Sings Bittersweet marks the first time that Luigi Boccia will return to the stage since his two sold out solo concerts in February. Plan to be at The Old Church on October 20, 2024 at 7:30pm for an unforgettable evening of singing and personal stories. After connecting so deeply to Susan Cain’s book Bittersweet, Luigi is excited to present a wide selection of popular music inspired by the book’s premise that Sorrow and Longing make us whole. At the piano will be the brilliant accompanist and singer/songwriter Naomi LaViolette. She will be debuting an original song as well, inspired by the same book. And also joining Luigi will be the a cappella group Boyfriends who will lend their gorgeous vocal harmonies to some of Luigi’s music.
