**The People Assembly**
Formed in mid-2017, midlands-based "post-space" collective The People Assembly continue to confuse. After gaining a reputation for fanatic, confrontational and sometimes destructive live performances, the band signed to Leicester-based Earwig Records and produced their cataclysmic EP "How To Bombproof Your Horse" at Seamus Wong Studios. The band would later return to Seamus Wong Studios with their debut album up their sleeves. Released in 2021, the album's title "The International Post-Space Centre" in tribute to the local monument. Reviews in various publications (Under the Radar, Soundwaves, Cool as Leicester) describe it as "cataclysmic", "a gorgeous melancholic defiance of a record" and "the best thing to come out of Leicester since 1957".
