L.A.’s De Lux are a post-disco dance-punk DIY band that sound like they could have come out of 1979 or 1982 just as easily as the present. –– Revenge Wife is the solo project of Liz Nistico, the former lead singer of HOLYCHILD. With eight years of experience in the music industry and a successful solo career, Nistico has constantly pushed boundaries and evolved as an artist. During her time with HOLYCHILD, she used her platform to champion feminism in pop culture, releasing deeply personal songs and directing all of the music videos. She toured the world, played major festivals, and secured a record deal with Glassnote Records. Now, with Revenge Wife, Nistico's refined sound is gaining recognition. Highly acclaimed publications such as Paper, Flood Magazine, Substream Magazine, and Billboard have praised her music, while KCRW and Wonderland have lauded her latest release, Fantasy Girl. Her lyrics depict vulnerability, heartbreak, and past trauma, yet they are paired with lighthearted melodies, creating a captivating and unique contrast. Nistico's artistic expression goes beyond her solo project, as she also directs music videos and co-writes songs for other artists, including penning "Xanax Damage" for Future.
