For Edition Number 4 Lost Groove x Doka proudly invites Errol (Touching Bass) and Margie. Errol is one of the UK's most compelling, contemporary musical voices: DJ/broadcaster, music curator, consultant, writer/host and founder of musical movement, Touching Bass. Underpinning it all is a passion for promoting the eclecticism of Black music as well as the culture and community behind it, with roots firmly anchored in his Caribbean heritage. His DJ sets are known for feeling beautifully loose, searching and soulful; unrestricted by genre and anchored by groove. Over the past few years, the London-born artist has increasingly shared music further afield and in good company: from gracing Berlin’s Panorama Bar/Berghain and multiple tours of Australia, Japan and New Zealand, to playing alongside esteemed genre-hoppers like Theo Parrish, Josey Rebelle and Gilles Peterson. Margie is an eclectic & cinematic DJ whose multifaceted experiences and musical knowledge are continually reflected in all that she does. As a DJ as well as through her platforms, LOCH INN & LOCH NESS, she channels her passion for music, always aiming to help and support music move forward. Channeled through her DJ selections, she connects the old with the new. Raw, surprising and unapologetic, and with curious ears she seamlessly traverses through musical genres without bounds.
