The man behind this very special takeover is Chef Jero Mangku Yudhi from Dapur Bali Mula. Serving a Megibung Tasting Platter with flavors of Bali’s authentic cuisines, harvested from the waters and woods of Northern Bali.
In 2015, he took on the role of pemangku and has since carried both titles of Chef Jero Mangku. Having already traveled the world, Chef Jero Mangku Yudhi believed it was time to return to his village and give back to the place that has helped plant his roots deep into the culinary world. At Dapur Bali Mula, the Chef develops food and beverages using locally sourced ingredients only.
Specialized in Indonesian cuisine, he will be serving a selection of assorted seafood caught fresh from the North Bali sea and plant-based dishes enriched with Balinese herbs and spices grown locally within the area of Desa Les, Tejakula, Kabupaten Buleleng, Bali.
