Description
Georgia Sinclair at Temple SF
Trail-blazing International DJ, Host and Comedian Georgia Sinclair has turned evolution into an art form.
In her hometown of Melbourne, Sinclair exploded on to Australia’s Television screens as co-host of Channel 9’s widely popular Saturday morning variety show, Kids’ WB. With her star rapidly rising and countless opportunities knocking at her door, Sinclair was on track to Superstardom. That was until one fateful day when Sinclair was suddenly diagnosed with a large and aggressive brain tumor. Many would have given up, but Sinclair saw her set-back as opportunity, and used her recovery time to learn and pursue her passion for Electronic Music.
Following her surgery in 2010, Sinclair burst on to Australia’s music scene finding instant success as a DJ. At a time when female DJs were virtually unheard of, she was quickly able to climb the ranks and become a fixture on the Australian club and festival circuit.
After relocating to Los Angeles in 2015, Sinclair rebranded her music career under the alias, Saint Clair. Following the name change, Saint Clair quickly established herself as elite talent, demonstrated by distinguished residencies and appearances throughout North America. These residencies include some of nightlife’s biggest brands such as Hakkasan Group, TAO Group, Wynn Resorts, E11even and more.
Outside of the club world, Saint Clair's versatility and eclectic musical repertoire has kept her in demand at high profile corporate events, with clients such as L'Oreal, NYX Cosmetics, Nike, Adidas, Sports Illustrated, GQ, Pandora, Republic Records, Don Julio and Mercedes Benz; as well as exclusive after-parties including The American Music Awards and The MTV VMA's.
Saint Clair has also collaborated with high profile music artists including G- Eazy on the title track “The Beautiful and Damned.” On release, the album went straight to Number 2 on the US Billboard charts and is featured in the Beats by Dre “Above the Noise” campaign, featuring some of the world’s best winter athletes. In 2019, Saint Clair released her debut single and Summer smash, “Alive” feat. Kaleena Zanders. The song was streamed over half a million times and featured in a number of advertising campaigns.
Returning to her birth name in 2021, Sinclair’s enormous success has garnered her several major brand deals including a long-standing ambassadorship with Don Julio’s premium Tequila 1942, as well as global campaigns for major fashion brand Boo Hoo and make-up giant NYX Cosmetics.
In October 2021, Sinclair announced a brand new mix series titled “It Would Be Rude Not To… DJ.” The very same day, she announced her “It Would Be Rude Not To… Tour,” which kicks off at America’s hottest new nightclub, Zouk Las Vegas on EDC weekend, then travels nationally.
With a slate of new tunes on the way and showing no signs of stopping, 2022 is set to be a massive year for this progressive artist.
