Description
We are excited to finally have this double headliner with our friends Mark Slee & Ramona Wouters both playing 3 hour sets outdoors!
Public Works Park: Mark Slee & Ramona Wouters
Sunday April 25th 2pm - 8pm
Music:
Mark Slee (Manjumasi, SF)
Ramona Wouters (Below Radar, SF / Leipzig)
Mark Slee: Hailing from San Francisco, Mark Slee is known to wear many creative hats. But two of his all-time favorite fashions are that of DJ and producer. Since co-founding House- Heads in 2008, a collective combining forward-thinking music with a quirky underground vibe. Most recently he has formed Manjumasi Music, a label collaboration with long-time partner in crime Atish.
Ramona Wouters: Ramona’s sound weaves together a tapestry of melodies, textures and beats, reflecting two decades of extensive world travel. Always conscious of the energy of her audience, her sensitivity stems from a love of dancing, and results in an emotive, sensual style that exudes a rich array of feeling. It is Ramona’s way of giving back and getting back to that vital place we all go when the music feels right.
Its spring and gets chilly once the sunsets so bring warm clothes.
