Morsel is a 5-piece jamgrass band from Denver, Colorado. The group met each other in the dorm rooms of CU Boulder in 2013, began playing shows in 2016, and has since moved to Denver. Over the past few years, Morsel has been cultivating a unique, but distinctly Colorado sound that blends elements of bluegrass, folk, and psychedelic rock. Morsel has shared the stage with artists including Yonder Mountain String Band, Horseshoes & Hand Grenades, Molly Tuttle, Kitchen Dwellers, the Sweet Lillies, and many more. Morsel's debut studio album produced by Grammy winner, Chris Pandolfi, of the Infamous Stringdusters will be released on Friday, June 25th! “Their songwriting brings with it the most desired facets of what makes a nu-grass band compelling, with catchy melodies, tight lead work, and a live show less concerned with tradition and more with the user experience. When you experience Morsel’s live show, you feel like you’re a part of something communal. It’s a supportive atmosphere that cultivates a live experience that feels like both a celebration of the band’s music and a downright party with your friends. At its core, it’s what live music is all about.” -Space Tapes
