FAQ’s  & COVID STATEMENT (PLEASE READ CAREFULLY, MOST OF YOUR QUESTIONS WILL BE ANSWERED HERE) The owners and operators of collectiv presents LLC, Macy Easom Cancer Research Foundation, and Speedway Motorsports LLC,  (collectively the “Venue") has put in place certain preventative measures recommended by governmental authorities to reduce the spread of COVID- 19; however, the Venue does not guarantee you will not become infected with COVID-19. Attending an event hosted by the Venue could increase your risk of contracting COVID-19 as well as the risk you could infect others, including your family members, with COVID-19. By purchasing a ticket for or entering the Venue, I acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assume that I may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19 by attending the Venue and that such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, and death. I understand that the risk of becoming exposed to or infected by COVID-19 at the Venue may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of myself and others including, but not limited to, Venue employees and independent contractors, artists and crew, security personnel, promoters and their respective employees, agents and representatives. By purchasing a ticket to a Venue event and by entering the Venue, I voluntarily acknowledge and agree to assume all of the risks described above and accept sole responsibility for any injury to myself (including, but not limited to, personal injury, disability, and death), illness, damage, loss, claim, liability, or expense, of any kind, that I or any family member or other party may experience or incur in connection with my attendance at the Venue or participation, in any event, held on the Venue premises ("Claims"). I hereby release, covenant not to sue, discharge, and hold harmless the Venue, its employees, independent contractors, agents, and representatives, from any and all claims, including all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs or expenses of any kind arising out of or relating thereto except for gross negligence, willful and wanton misconduct, reckless infliction of harm, or intentional infliction of harm. I understand and agree that this release includes Claims based on the actions, omissions, or negligence of the Venue, its employees, agents, and representatives, whether a COVID-19 infection occurs before, during, or after being present at the Venue premises or attendance or participation in any event held at the Venue. I also agree that any dispute or claim relating to my attendance at the Venue will be governed by the internal laws of the State of Georgia By purchasing a ticket you agree to wear a mask ANYTIME you are outside of your car unless physically drinking, or eating. No Glass Bottles are allowed // Maximum 8 people per vehicle - If you have more than 8 people you will be turned away! You cannot be dropped off by Uber or any other ride share programs, you must have your own vehicle. Doors 6:00 pm Show 7:30 pm Curfew 11:00 pm This is a LIVE performance with full amplified sound. The artist(s) will be performing LIVE in person. This event is ALL AGES. Ages 17 & under must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Kids under 10 are free w/ legal guardian or parent but account for a spot in the vehicle/party. All passengers must have a valid ID for entry into the show. Rain or shine event. There is no re-entry. Where is the event entrance located? The queue line will begin at gate H Please view the parking map here. All cars will be subject to search upon entry. Can I get out of my car? Yes, but you must stay within the confines of your space allocated to your vehicle as much as possible. Designated Hang Space: This will be an assigned side of your car where you will be allowed to sit, dance, decorate, eat, etc.. You may lay in the bed of your truck or in the back of a van, you can stand in your designated hang space next to your car, but you MUST stay in your designated square of space with your party. If you are outside of the vehicle you must wear your mask at all times. Are masks required? Face masks are required anytime you are outside of your vehicle and in all public areas such as restrooms. What do I do if I need to visit the restroom? Each parking section will have its own assigned restroom located at the end of each row and clearly marked with your assigned row number. Please do NOT use other restrooms outside of your specific area. Markers will be placed on the ground near the portable restrooms to ensure proper social distancing if there is someone inside the unit at the time. Masks are required whenever you exit your car. What do I do if I want to purchase concessions or merch? Can we bring food? Drive In At The Speedway is a tailgate friendly event. You are encouraged to bring your own food and beverage to the show - we may have concessions on a show by show basis. More details will follow before the event regarding our concession and on-site merchandise ordering plans, but expect them to be online ordered and delivered to your space, which will be numbered by row. (Our communications will be sent via email to ticket purchasers, as well as text) Please note grills, BBQ pits, open fires, tents, generators, and the like are NOT permitted, You are welcome to bring your own pre-cooked food and beverages. How many people are allowed in my car? How do tickets work per car, person, and dedicated space? IMPORTANT: Cars will be parked by section in the order of which they arrive by parking attendants. Please note there are two sets of staggered vehicles, per row. Check the row number at the entrance signage to each one. A single-vehicle pass ticket includes entry for up to 6 people per vehicle. There must be a legal seat and seatbelt for every passenger inside the car. Based on the number of legal & available seats/seat belts beyond the 6 included tickets, a PATRON ADD ON ticket can be purchased. If you choose to bring less than 6 people the starting base price will remain the same and will not be discounted, with no minimum passenger requirement for entry. (THERE IS AN 8 PERSON LIMIT PER VEHICLE REGARDLESS OF SPACE AVAILABLE) If you have space and the quaranteam to join you safely, we recommend doing so. It will offset the price to be cheaper per person in the party too! So come out with your squad, but keep in mind the whole party needs to fit comfortably in the dedicated space provided with your vehicle, and everyone is expected to follow those perimeter guidelines. No more than 6 people are allowed in any one space or car at any given time. No parking or entry is available for oversized vehicles (i.e. large vans, buses, motorhomes, etc) You cannot be dropped off by Uber or any other ride share programs, you must have your own vehicle. Can we purchase the extra tickets when we arrive, and for a full car at the gate? Since we are operating at a limited capacity, we expect this event to sell out. It is STRONGLY encouraged to purchase your vehicle pass and extra passenger tickets in advance to ease and quicken entry into the venue, and to help limit any unnecessary points of contact. If you do decide at the last minute there is an extra person in your party, we will have customer service attendants at the main entrance to assist with passenger add-on tickets. We will have 4 entry lanes with one dedicated to the day of show purchases and upgrades. Please follow the directional signage upon entry - If you enter into the wrong lane and do not have all of your tickets you’ll be asked to go to the back of the main entry line. Please don’t be that party. Full vehicle day of show purchases on-site will only be offered while space lasts. Again, we cannot urge you enough to plan before you arrive and purchase online at www.collectivpresents.com What ticket types are available? We tried to make this as simple as possible for you. All rows will be labeled & numbered clearly for our parking attendants to help you get settled. You will be parked in the order in which you arrive. Parking spots will be clearly marked with cones and striping. Premium: Rows 1-3 in the center. Section A: Rows 4-8 in the center. Section B: Rows 1-8 on the FAR LEFT & FAR RIGHT SIDES of "Premium" and "Section A" Section C: Rows 9 -13 Are there any age restrictions? This event is all ages // ANYONE age 17 and under must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Ages 10 and under are allowed free with a parent or legal guardian but will account for a spot in the car. Is there re-entry? There is no re-entry. How does sound work? We will have a full PA system in place for these shows so plan on rolling down your windows, or stepping out to enjoy the show. You will be allowed to place chairs in your DESIGNATED HANG SPACE on the side of your car as long as you do not exceed the designated area assigned to your car. Masks are required whenever you are outside of your personal vehicle. No exceptions. What time should we arrive? We encourage everyone to arrive early and allow enough time to get situated in their spot before the show begins. Doors at 6:00 PM The show will begin at 7:30 PM Each section will be parked in order of arrival, so we recommend arriving early. What steps are being taken to enforce social distancing, & safe dancing? If you need to leave your car, masks are required. The State of Georgia has a mask policy in effect, we will have a zero-tolerance policy on this, anyone not following this rule will be asked to put on a mask or leave the venue. Your entire party is required and expected to responsibly stay in your dedicated space for your car and party unless visiting an approved area where distancing must and will be enforced. 6-foot markers will be placed in these approved aforementioned areas such as concessions and restrooms. All of our working staff will submit to temperature checks and a pre-shift health screening upon arrival. Staff will also be required to wear masks at all times and will have received sanitation training. Additionally, all working staff will be provided with and required to wear PPE including masks and gloves when necessary to perform their job for everyone’s safety. Disposable masks will also be available upon request if needed for guests. Are Flow toys allowed? Flow toys are allowed as long as they stay within the borders of your dedicated parking space and are used safely, not bothering or endangering anyone in (or out of) your party. What forms of payment do we accept? Credit Card and Cash payments will be accepted. We strongly encourage everyone to use credit card payments whenever possible. What if it rains? You should stay in your car for safety. In the event of severe weather, we will broadcast messaging on video screens throughout the venue and on our social media platforms. Can I bring my dog? Only service animals will be allowed on-site, no dogs or other pets will be permitted into the event. Still have questions?
