LEE BURRIDGE:
UK born, renowned artist Lee Burridge began his career with a full-time gig in Hong Kong where he immensely grew and influenced the underground community and music. In the late 90’s, he returned back to the UK joining Tyrant Soundsystem alongside Craig Richards and Sasha. The trio landed a monthly residency at Fabric London and by the early 2000’s they were hosting one of the most popular nights in the city. In 2001 Burridge appeared on the cover of DJ magazine and shortly after climbed to the 9th most popular DJ in the world in the DJ Magazine poll. His residency based tour, 365 project, took him to unseen levels as he traveled the globe living in cities for a few months and playing a series of parties, learning about that city’s community and culture. His first Burning Man in 2004, influenced the creation of notable daytime event and record label All Day I Dream where he has continued investigating his new musical direction that leaned towards the more melodic and melancholic sounds of house and techno. His productions alongside Matthew Dekay and other label artists such as Yokoo, Lost Desert, Bedouin, Oona Dahl, Gorje & Izhevski Powel, and Hoj, have created many magical moments both on the label as well as at the events and the labels popularity continues to grow, hosting stages at major festivals across the world. Join Lee Burridge on the Club Level Friday, November 1st, for a Day of the Dead celebration.
