Description
Good Room is celebrating our LGBTQIA+ family and friends in June with a number of parties and we're kicking off Pride Week with Occupy The Disco on 06.22. The New York-based DJ collective of Tad Haes, DJ RuBot, and Josh Appelbaum draws inspiration from queer nightlife’s musical legacy. Their shared love of nightlife's past and present permeates their sound, unabashedly queer and always eclectic with a repertoire that spans from soulful house to spacey techno.
Love Injection has fast become an essential monthly read for anyone interested in dance music and dance-floor culture. Since 2015 the zine has shared the history of New York dance culture, as well as featuring local up and comers, record labels ad nightclubs. Co-founders Barbie Bertisch & Paul Raffaele also share their passion for music when they get behind the decks. They're bringing a stack of vinyl to the Bad Room where they'll be taking us on a musical journey, playing all night long.
