Raised in a Christian household and getting into punk and pop-punk at an early age set the stage for young Tyson Evans to embark on his musical adventures. Learning to capture his feelings in quick song format and recording them led to his first band, Second To Last leading the way of the new wave of emo and pop-punk. Due to their youth and inexperience they ultimately broke up, but not before Tyson earned some very valeable lessons about the music industry which he has put into his new project, Crooked Teeth. I reached a point where I just stopped listening to people, my pride, and my ego. It's like continuing with a relationship you know is toxic, but it's what you know; despite the fact that there's no growth. I knew at that point that I was settled on reinventing Second To Last.
