Event Details

Gorgon City was born out of a collaboration between their previous aliases; Foamo (Kye Gibbon) and Rack'n'Ruin (Matt RobsonScott) in 2012 "we realized we needed a different name for this project because it had taken on a life of its own and didn't sound like either of our solo material" (Matt)

As soon as Gorgon City began things snowballed at a barely comprehensible rate. Signed to Virgin EMI & the mighty Black Butter Records – who'd already released a couple of Matt's RackNRuin tracks, including a very early Jessie Ware collaboration, the beginning of Gorgon City coincided with the label's explosion into the mainstream, spearheaded by label mates Rudimental.

Since the release of their debut album 'Sirens', Gorgon City singles have sold in excess of one million copies, while clocking up over 100million hits on Youtube. While working on their second LP release, they tour the globe with an insatiable appetite, winning over crowds with their DJ sets and full live show from Ibiza to Tokyo, hitting every major music festival across UK, Europe and N. America along the way..

Gorgon City

Gorgon City are North London producers Matt & Kye. Their already distinctive sound is a logical development of the duo’s individual work as RackNRuin and Foamo. Hailing from the impressive Black Butter camp (who brought you Rudimental amongst others) and due to release their debut album in 2014 as a joint venture with Virgin / EMI, the pair are one of the most exciting and hotly tipped new acts in the ever-flourishing landscape of British club savvy pop. Gorgon City offered up a platform for the two... View More

Harvard Bass

Raised in a family with a musical taste steeped in rich Mexican culture, Victor Hugo Ramos was born with rhythm in his veins. At the pivotal age of 16, he would sneak into house and techno clubs in Tijuana to soak in the waves of early inspiration. Driven by a beat he could not ignore, Victor bought his first DJ setup and began mixing songs that were making an impression on him, regardless of genre. This forward-thinking mentality would soon become crucial in the development of the Harvard Bass... View More

Sonny Fodera

As today’s fledging house revival attains new heights so does the difficulty in standing out amid its thriving pool of talents, however Sonny Fodera continues to scale the mounting hierarchy whilst making it look easy. Named by Mixmag as one of their ‘Hot Six’, Sonny Fodera has had an impeccable 2013 with releases on a slew of today’s biggest house labels including a debut album, Moving Forward, on the reputable Cajual Records. Renowned for his smooth technical mixing, last year saw Fodera play at some... View More
