Busta Rhymes Fight Weekend
Trevor Tahiem Smith, Jr., better known by his stage name Busta Rhymes, is an American rapper, producer, and actor of Jamaican heritage, Busta Rhymes was born in Brooklyn, New York and raised in Uniondale, New York.
Early on he was known for his wild style and fashion. He started his music career in the 1990s with the rap group Leaders of the New School. He released a solo album in 1996, The Coming, featuring the hit single "Woo-Ha! (Got You All in Check)." The album and single both went platinum, as did his second release, When Disaster Strikes. Known for distinctive low growl and his innovative videos on MTV, Rhymes has teamed with other artists, including Janet Jackson and T-Pain.
Today he is best known for his intricate rapping technique, which involves rapping at a fast rate with a lot of internal rhyme and half rhyme, and to date has received eleven Grammy nominations for his musical work.
