The Beachland Ballroom and Tavern was opened in 2000 by owners Cindy Barber and Mark Leddy (at the time, the booker for iconic venue Pat’s in the Flats and member of Cleveland band Satan’s Satellites). The two converted the old Croatian Liberty Hall in Cleveland into an eclectic live music venue and managed to preserve a piece of Cleveland history by maintaining the vintage vibe of the building. Beachland Ballroom has two stages: the intimate Tavern stage (capacity of 148) and the larger Ballroom stage (capacity of 500). This allows the venue to offer two separate concerts most nights. Besides its packed music program, Beachland sports a full kitchen, an extensive beer selection, and even its vintage shop, This Way Out!
