Description

With over 20 years of festival experience, ABF has produced some of Western Canada’s most successful large-scale events including the Banff Craft Beer Festival, Calgary International Beerfest, and Edmonton Craft Beer Festival welcoming tens of thousands of guests each year. The team brings deep expertise in event production, logistics, and community engagement, ensuring AROABORA is built on a foundation of trust, creativity, and proven success. AROABORA expands that legacy into the mountains blending music, art, and nature to create a transformative alpine experience. Developed in collaboration with community curators, Indigenous advisors, and non-profit partners, AROABORA is designed with intention: to honour the land, amplify local voices, and build a gathering that is both meaningful and sustainable. AROABORA takes place on the traditional territories of the Stoney Nakoda, Blackfoot Confederacy (Siksika, Piikani, and Kainai Nations), Tsuut’ina Nation, and the Métis peoples within Treaty 7 territory. We recognize the deep, ongoing relationship these Nations have with the land that holds Banff and the Bow Valley. This festival is created in the spirit of respect, gratitude, and collaboration — guided by Indigenous advisors and community partners who help us honour this place and its stories.
