Located at the intersection of Lansdowne and Ipswich Streets, the MGM Music Hall at Fenway will be a state-of-the-art, multi-purpose live performance venue that will occupy roughly 91,500 square feet on four levels and will accommodate 5,005 patrons. The MGM Music Hall at Fenway is a proposed music venue in the Fenway–Kenmore neighborhood of Boston, Massachusetts. On September 28, 2018, the Fenway Sports Group announced plans to build a 5,000 seat music venue in place of a surface parking lot next to Fenway Park.
