LuminoCity Holiday Lights Festival 2025 is coming to the Montgomery County Fairgrounds in Maryland this holiday season with an all-new theme, Wonder Journey. The festival will feature six themed light parks, blending whimsical fairy tales, immersive Holidayville scenes, enchanting animal displays, and the debut of Luna’s Enchanted Tales, a newly designed light installation series that expands the storytelling with animatronic displays, interactive elements, unlimited photo ops, and multidimensional artistry.
