Last year, Adrian Sherwood, artist, producer and founder of the legendary dub label On-U Sound, and Pinch, one of the freshest faces in dubstep and the man behind hits like "Qawwali," joined forces to reconstruct pieces of "Survival & Resistance," Sherwood's first album in 6 years, in an EP entitled "Recovery Time." This collaboration is still going strong months later. It is a unique adventure between a true pioneer of bass music, arguably the most influential producer of dub in Great Britain's musical history, and a champion of dubstep whose calling card is a stylistic fusion that brings together the dancefloor and all kinds of world sounds.
