Salebarbes, the project of Éloi and Jonathan Painchaud, Kevin McIntyre, Georges Belliveau and Jean-François Breau, harnessed the raw and festive energy of the Cajun repertoire, with a dose of humor tinged with hope. The hope of restoring a little pride and the taste of celebrating in French.
