After first stepping onto the scene last year, Massane has become a mainstay on Lane 8‘s This Never Happened label. The melodic house producer has managed to hit the ground running, releasing a trilogy of EPs before announcing his debut LP, Another Dawn. Trailing behind three album singles, including the titular, “Another Dawn,” “5am,” and “Wild,” the full-length album is finally here. Another Dawn sees Massane collaborating with several artists across its tracklist, with the producer inviting the alternative UK artist Colouring to join him for “Wild,” having vocalist Kinnship assist on the album’s title number, and enlisting British/French singer-songwriter Benjamin Roustaing for “Closure.” The remainder of the tracklist expands Massane’s catalog, including a couple of awaited IDs from Lane 8’s “Spring 2021 Mixtape” and solidifying his rise as a premier melodic house producer. The Frenchman has achieved a great deal since his introduction with “hello world” post just last year, and Another Dawn marks just the beginning of Massane’s promising career ahead.
