If his recent accolades say anything, Entice is certain to be bringing his unique mixes, beats and vibe to many more audiences very soon. In the start of his career, the rookie DJ staked his claim as a diverse DJ & producer, having spun sets for Miami’s most popular radio hip-hop show on 99Jamz, lent his talents to major entertainment industry events, produced tracks for artists & one of his groundbreaking accomplishments, being the first recruited by an NFL team as their Official DJ. The French-Brazilian youngster has always had a pronounced interest in music of all kinds, but it was hip-hop, with beats & rhythms so close to those of his countries of origin, that fully drew him into developing his talent for mixing at an early age. Inspired by the music of Run DMC & Sugar Hill Gang, he became a star of house parties for his clever sourcing of old school beats & inventive variations of the newest hip hop records, dropped with the tinge of his home city’s int’l vibe. In ‘04, Cedric Hollywood, former Program Director for 99 Jamz, recognized the young talent & recruited him to mix for the station that tailors its play list for die-hard hip-hop addicts. Today he mixes live for the “Drive at 5” mix alongside host Lorenzo Ice-T, who nicknamed the DJ “Miami’s Marathon DJ,” for his non-stop work ethic. He also takes over the airwaves with host Mike B. Saturdays at 10pm. Impressed with his dexterity at the crossfader, esteemed DJs & Producers recruited Entice as part of their world-renowned networks incuding Smashsquad DJs, Core DJs & Turntable Assassins. All of these crews represent the best-of-the-best in the music world. Even bigger props were lent to Entice’s growing reputation when various int’l recording artists showed their sincere admiration for the young DJ’s talents by sealing relationships with the rising star. A favorite at Miami’s most exclusive venues & parties, Entice continuously lends his talents to fund-raising events that remain close to his heart including the Cancer Walk-A-Thon, Miami Children’s Hospital, World Aids Fundraisers, ONE Campaign, Kids Hope United organization & more. Entice’s hometown has been continually showing its admiration for his talent & groundbreaking strategies. He shocked the industry when he revealed during a live taping of BET’s The Bassment, a Dolphins jersey announcing he was named the 1st Official DJ for an NFL team. He was recruited for the launch of AOL Music’s ‘Mixtapes’ station, featuring select top hip-hop DJs. Head UM Coach Randy Shannon quickly seized the opportunity to recruit Entice in ‘07 to join the Miami football team as their Official ‘Canes DJ. Having such positive reaction from fans & students, he later was asked by the University to join the Champion Basketball team. Universal Studios Orlando recently summoned the DJ to perform at their Annual Grad Bash ’08 taking place in the park for thousands of graduating seniors exclusively. When not performing, he dedicates hours in his studio.
