Description

Brobot Records/Saturday Night Sessions From the moment Bakman picked up his very first saxophone at the age of eleven, he had the attention of everyone around him. Though saxophone playing quickly turned into a passion for the piano and guitar, it may have been unbeknownst to many of what was going to come next. But for Bakman, the rest would be an exciting and colorful entrance into the world of music. Before he could even reach the age of twenty, he achieved what to many is a “music urban legend”; he was signed. Bakman was officially signed to a label, playing guitar in a hip-hop rock band, and that was only the beginning. Soon he would name Cyprus Hill and Bone Thugs and Harmony as two of countless bands he would open for. Let’s not forget to add LMFAO to that list as well Though the world of touring was exciting, Bakman quickly found himself fascinated by the sounds of three simple words: electronic dance music. As a self-taught DJ, Bakman quickly rose to the top, playing in venues all across Los Angeles where herds of loyalists would venture to hear unforgettable sounds and witness passion, enthusiasm and damn-good talent unlike any other. Soon, nightclubs and entertainment venues everywhere were approaching Bakman, including popular nightclubs on the Las Vegas strip. So what’s next for Bakman? His first single will drop July 2013 when he performs at the Love Festival in Hawaii. He’ll also be performing at the Love Festival in Rosarito. Whether he can be found in the studio or behind his cd players on a crowded nightclub’s stage, Bakman has proven to be a force to be reckoned with.
