Description
Disco may have died at Comiskey Park in 1979, but there’s a new crowd of music fans gathering together for a wild and stimulating experience. The unforgiving musical destruction is controlled by none other than Nick Bernstein and Henry Jai, Chicago’s Compact Disco.
Since 2009, Compact Disco started off in the electronic dance music scene by ghost producing for respectable local artists and working their way through the loft party circuit, eventually playing alongside Chromeo, Designer Drugs, Passion Pit, Felix Da Housecat, Flux Pavillion, Doctor P, Mustard Pimp, Madeon, and more.
As a full force DJ and Production duo, Compact Disco has gathered respect from their audience and made them into a family of fans. 2012 will continue their success with their residencies at Girls & Boys Chicago and Noize Riot, more original work and touring the country. Long live the disco.
