Citrus stared to DJ in 1992, after emigrating from Manchester England, he arrived in Canada with 50 records and a back pack full of clothes. Inspired by the UK rave scene, ARC in Leeds, Angels in Burnley, and Life in Manchester, he wanted to contribute to “the Woodstock" of our Generation. The Toronto Scene at the time was young but flourishing. Meeting like minded people at Play de Records, and then developing relationships with the E Network and several other promoters, Citrus started to become a regular DJ at all the hottest events, playing alongside some of the world’s top artists Expanding on his love of the scene, he decided to produce several events under the Citrus Productions banner. Over the next 15 years, Citrus played many events across North America, released several records on both Stickman and Attic Records before retiring from the DJ Circuit. Recently Citrus has been busy working in his studio and still has a deep love for the music. It gives him great please to be coming out of retirement to play Digital vs. Vinyl.
