Bio

Bridget Kelly is an American R&B singer from New York City. Born and raised in Manhattan, Bridget Kelly graduated from the prestigious LaGuardia High School for Performing Arts in New York City and by late 2008 Kelly was signed to her first major recording and publishing deal with Roc Nation.

Perez Hilton exalted Kelly’s song “Seek & Destroy” off her debut EP Every Girl, where he stated, “This right here is our new anthem! Bridget Kelly has tapped into a lyrical honesty...that is instantly recognizable...we LOVE!” She also worked with Hip Hop phenom Kendrick Lamar on her latest single “Street Dreamin” and received numerous praises for her debut single “Special Delivery.”
Bridget Kelly penned the hit single “Einstein” off of Kelly Clarkson’s Stronger album which won Best Pop Vocal Album at the 55th Annual GRAMMY Awards nabbing her first GRAMMY.

Additionally, Bridget has toured with JAY Z (Blueprint 3 Tour), Estelle (BET Music Matters Tour), and Mary J. Blige (Liberation Tour) to name a few. USA Today proclaimed Kelly as one of five rising artists to watch stating “Bridget Kelly attracts A-list talent, and after giving her silky voice a listen, it's easy to see why.

Bridget has also been featured in top publications such as Complex, VIBE, Jet Magazine, Entertainment Weekly, and The Source as well as graced the covers of Honey and EDGE magazine.

Her follow up EP FRIENDS, Bridget Kelly will take you through the narration of an intense love story on this five-track EP revealing a much softer side to her artistry. Bridget will show her fans that sometimes it is okay to "love" even if it means to suffer through heartache and pain. FRIENDS will be available exclusively via Spotify on December 3 and available to all digital retailers on December 10.
Working with writers/producers such as Cri$tyle and Jerry “Wonda” Duplesis, Bridget explains what fans can expect from her follow up EP. She states, “I speak a lot about love and my feelings on it. I speak to those who have been in relationships, the good and the bad, and that in the midst of turmoil, finding something you can smile about.”
