The love for the tunes was irreversible and even more elaborate growing up in a nightclub dynasty. It was her comments on the mediocre music in the club one night as a teenager that provoked the beginning of ANNA’s enviable career in electronic music. Coming from a jungle of underground music her soul became locked in tech-house and pure techno and the last 13 years have cemented the sound for this Brazilian.
Signed to Tronic, Kraftek and Turbo Recordings, label bosses hold down the hatches writing ANNA’s outspoken success on the walls. The ‘Let Me Take You’ EP out on Turbo gained glistening reception from Richie Hawtin and Damian Lazarus while securing rotation on BBC Radio 1. Noting as the ‘Global Warmer’ ANNA’s ‘Six Figures’ on Kraftek became Carl Cox’s quick favorite, while ‘Cant Sleep’ on Tronic entered Beatport’s Techno Top 10, once again roping in the Richie Hawtin playlist blaze. On Kraftek also, ‘Unique’ went to the list for ‘Global ‘Underground 2014’ album but also scored the inaugural remix by Green Velvet. From underground original tracks to her recent remix for Gorgon City’s ‘Unmissable’ – she is tuning heavy support on BBC Radio 1.
2014 highlights ANNA’s solid epoch on tour where France, Spain, Dubai, South Africa, UK, India, Mexico, Ireland, Dominican Republic and techno hub of Germany swelled dance-floors for the Brazilian. Breaking in the anticipation for a heavy 2015 noting Lollapalooza Brazil to welcome the first half of the year, ANNA has her spinning run on cue.
