Stanislav Tolkachev is a techno pioneer from Ukraine. His productions are influenced both by the classic sound of Detroit and the sleek minimalistic tendencies born in Berlin. He is focused on experimentation with textures and psychedelic sounds, taking inspiration from many diverse sources. Tolkachev’s music has been released on many labels, including M_Rec, Semantica, MORD and Geophone.

The Suicide Circus is a midsize techno club in Friedrichshain, Berlin. With an indoor and open air floor they offer party goers electronic music in town.

It is not a unique image in Berlin: An old building, full of graffiti and street-art, which seems to be a dull and boring building during the week transforms into a crowded place during the weekends. The Berlin club About Blank is defenitely one of the best examples for a building with two different faces. About Blank is one of these more silent clubs which made a name in the last couple of years. Even the real Berliners like this club, especially for it’s non-commercial style and the raw looks. When you pass the club during the week you will not expect a lot, but in the weekends you will find long lines and great parties here.

De School opened in January of 2016 on Doctor Jan van Breemenstraat in Amsterdam's west. The venue, which used to be a technical school, is more than a nightclub: it's also has a concert venue, a restaurant, a café, an exhibition space and a gym. It has a 24-hour license and is open seven days a week. The nightclub has a capacity of 700 and is located in the school's former bicycle storage area. The club's programming focuses on local DJs, who are given the opportunity to play extended sets, but international guests also regularly stop by. 

In addition to the club, De School hosts concerts in a 200-capacity former workshop. Its secluded outdoor courtyard is open all year round to members of the public, not just club-goers. De School is owned and run by Post CS BV—the same crew that ran Amsterdam nightclubs Trouw and Club 11.

After a long and precise renovation, a new club in the city centre of Amsterdam emerged. Club John Doe opened its doors on February 19th of 2015 at Rembrandt square, the most vibrant square in Amsterdam.

The approach of John Doe in the nightlife of Amsterdam is different than others. As the name says, John Doe wanted to be mysterious, highly unknown and above all, different. The club showed this off with its grand opening party, where people of many kinds, craziness and curiosities came together.

The club has achieved its primary goal, being unidentified, with success, as it is set to be a new club in Amsterdam where anything is possible.

Griessmühle can easily be reached with the S-Bahn using the ring until the stop Sonnenallee. Like so many other summer location, this Neukölln institution unites a location by the waterside (in this case the Neukölln Boat Channel) with the charme of an old factory ground - an old pasta factory.

However, Griessmühle sets itself apart from all other Berlin open air clubs with the enlarged schedule of events that they host. Next to crazy parties and chilly-relaxed after hour sessions, Tuesdays see the "Pong Club" with a ping pong night. Mühlenmarkt, a flea market, is held every first Friday of the month between 03:00 pm and 09:00 pm and boats next to vendors of second-hand clothing, street food, arts & craft and rummage. The calendar is completed with spontaneaous events - now who can beat that?
